Today is the day when new movies will be put up in the program and this week we have so many interesting choice again such as Up in the Air, The Hurt Locker, The Book of Eli, Alvin and Chipmunk 2, one Thai movie that I'm quite looking forward to see 'Who are you?' and the last one is 'Serious Man' by the Coen Brothers
I wish to see all of them especially 'The Hurt Locker' as I've heard there's a chance to win the Oscar, which I bet as normally Oscar doesn't enjoy war and violent movie so far, and also I've heard from my friend of friend that it's not accurate, I don't think any of war movie were accurate but it likes if they'd care, which throw my inquisitive on the top shelf. Next one will be 'Up in the Air' as I didn't have a chance to see Mr.Clooney in the last one, 'The men who stare at goats', and because my friend who saw it already told me that he's so charming and absolutely gorgeous in this one! The reason I'm going to is not because of Mr.Clooney but because of a good plot and trailer, and hope it won't disappointed me. My friend in Doha already saw 'The Book of Eli' but he didn't enjoy it much and even gave it just only 1 star. I guess curiosity won't kill the cat this time or maybe just scare them a little so I will check it on the list of movie I wanna see this week. For 'Alvin and Chipmunk2', they got a bad critic but what will you expect from those perky cutie little things so just relax and ready for irritating funny music.
Normally I try to avoid Thai movies because it's always make me cry, they should have a sign like 'Warning: This movie is not worth the ticket!', so much that I want my money back!. But then again that its trailer hit curious button, 'Who are you?' will be the 4rd on my must-see list. Last, 'The Serious Man', black comedy by the Coen Brothers. I'm not quite sure if I wanna see as the first time I saw the trailer I thought this movie is weird and twisted but I guess that's the Coen's signature so if I am in the weird mood then I might possibly see it...
Surely I can't see it all in one day but I'll find a time each day and then let you know what I think of it.
